The Pocket Hole Jig Kit XK-1 consists of the following components:

• Drill Guide: This is the main part of the kit that guides the drill bit to create the pocket holes at the correct angle. The drill guide is made of high quality aluminum alloy and has an anodized surface for durability and corrosion resistance. The drill guide has laser engraved scales that show the distance between the holes and the edge of the board. You can adjust the height of the drill guide according to the thickness of the board and clamp it securely with a clamp (not included).
• Drill Bit: This is a 9.5mm diameter stepped drill bit that creates the pocket holes in the wood. The drill bit has a hardened steel jacket for heat treatment and a sharp tip for smooth drilling. The drill bit also has a stopper that prevents it from drilling too deep into the wood and damaging the other side. The stopper can be adjusted with the hex key according to your needs.
• Screwdriver Bit: This is a Phillips screwdriver bit that fits the self-tapping screws that come with the kit. The screwdriver bit has a magnetic tip that holds the screws firmly and helps you drive them into the pocket holes easily.
• Hex Key: This is a small tool that helps you adjust the stopper on the drill bit and tighten or loosen the screws on the drill guide.
• Screws and Plugs: This is a set of 30 self-tapping screws and 30 plastic plugs that are used to join the wood boards together. The screws have a coarse thread that cuts into the wood and creates a strong bond. The plugs have a matching color to the wood and can be inserted into the pocket holes to hide them.

How to Use:

To use the Pocket Hole Jig Kit XK-1, follow these steps:

1. Adjust the height of the drill guide according to the thickness of your wood board and clamp it to the edge of the board with a clamp (not included).
2. Insert the drill bit into your drill (not included) and set it to a medium speed (500-1500 RPM).
3. Align the tip of the drill bit with one of the holes on the drill guide and start drilling slowly until you reach the stopper.
4. Repeat step 3 for each hole you want to make on your board.
5. Remove the clamp and the drill guide from your board.
6. Align your boards together in the desired position and mark where you want to insert the screws.
7. Insert the screwdriver bit into your screwdriver (not included) and attach one of the screws to it.
8. Drive the screw into one of the pocket holes until it is flush with the surface of your board.
9. Repeat step 8 for each screw you want to use on your joint.
10. If you want to hide the pocket holes, insert one of the plugs into each hole and tap it gently with a hammer until it is level with your board.
