Product information and engineering suitability
We work to keep specifications, images, compatibility notes and availability accurate. Minor visual differences may occur between production batches. Technical components must be selected, installed and operated by a person with the appropriate knowledge. Unless a written engineering service is included in the order, product selection and system-level suitability remain the responsibility of the buyer.
Prices, orders and availability
- Displayed prices, taxes, shipping charges and payment fees are confirmed during checkout.
- An order acknowledgement is not final acceptance. We may contact you to confirm stock, specifications, quantities, delivery details or payment.
- If an item becomes unavailable or contains an evident pricing or specification error, we may cancel the affected item and refund any amount already paid for it.
- Custom-made, cut-to-length, programmed or specially sourced items may require advance payment and may have special cancellation and return conditions communicated before confirmation.
Payment, delivery and returns
Available payment and delivery methods are shown during checkout. Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed where delays result from carriers, incomplete addresses, customer availability, customs or events outside reasonable control. Cancellations, inspection on receipt, returns and refunds are governed by the Shipping and Returns Policy.

The Juthour Tech name, visual identity, original text, software, drawings and media on this site are protected by applicable intellectual-property rules. Product names and third-party marks remain the property of their respective owners. Website content may not be republished commercially without written permission.
