Arduino 30 Amp Sensing & Controlling is a module that can accurately detect the positive and negative current flow of AC or DC circuits up to 30 amps. It has a 5V power supply and an analog output that can be read by an Arduino or other microcontrollers via an analog input pin. The module can be calibrated to output different voltage levels per amp depending on the current range. For example, for 30A mode, the module outputs 26mV per amp, which means that if the current is 15A, the output voltage is 15 x 26mV = 0.39V. The module also has an onboard power indicator and a zero-current output voltage of VCC/2, which is 2.5V for a 5V supply.
