A real project from our work

One of the real industrial systems we've delivered: a full automation system for a heater assembly line, built around a Siemens SIMATIC S7-1200 (CPU 1214C) programmed in SCL through TIA Portal V18 for the first production stage, followed by later stages covering AI-based visual inspection (camera nodes running a YOLO model for defect detection), barcode reading, and printing — all tied together by a Raspberry Pi 4 server running a FastAPI backend and a MariaDB database, with a live dashboard showing the status of every production stage as it happens.
