Morse Micro Launches Wi-Fi HaLow USB Adapters for Enhanced Connectivity

Morse Micro has recently introduced innovative USB adapters designed to facilitate 802.11ah connectivity for both PCs and routers. These adapters, available in USB-A and USB-C formats, allow users to connect to Wi-Fi HaLow networks without the need for a dedicated expansion card, significantly simplifying the process of upgrading wireless capabilities.

Based on the previously released MM8108 SoC, the new adapters boast impressive specifications, including a maximum throughput of 43.33 Mbps and the ability to operate in both Access Point and Station modes. Additionally, they feature an external SMA antenna that delivers a transmission power of up to 26 dBm, ensuring robust connectivity across various environments.
