Introducing the Avaota F2: A New RISC-V SBC for AI Camera Applications

Overview of the Avaota F2
The Avaota F2 has emerged as the first single-board computer (SBC) powered by the Allwinner V861 dual-core 64-bit RISC-V system-on-chip (SoC). This innovative board is equipped with 128MB of on-chip DDR3 memory and is optimized for 4K camera applications, supporting H.265 video encoding and featuring a 1 TOPS AI accelerator.
Key Features and Improvements
This new model serves as an upgrade to the previous Avaota F1, which utilized the Allwinner V821 SoC. The Avaota F2 stands out with its compatibility for both Full HD and 4K camera sensors, enhanced motor control for Pan-Tilt-Zoom (PTZ) functionalities, and improved audio capabilities, including one speaker and two microphone connectors. However, it is worth noting that the F2 does not include WiFi connectivity, which was available in its predecessor.
