Mechanical precision isn't a cosmetic detail — it's the difference between a part that runs reliably for years and one that fails under the first real load. At Juthour Tech we run our own in-house CNC line to turn engineering designs into precise mechanical parts, from single custom pieces to machine components and custom motion solutions.

Capabilities

• A CNC machine with a working envelope of roughly 140×300 cm and spindle speeds up to 18,000 RPM, suited to high-precision part production.
• Hands-on experience machining aluminum (6061 alloy), selecting the right cutting tools (such as 6 mm and 8 mm end mills), and tuning feed and cutting speeds.
• Full engineering design in SolidWorks before manufacturing, including stress and displacement analysis to validate a part before it's ever cut.
• Custom motion solutions for moving mechanical components inside machines and industrial systems.

Our work here isn't limited to cutting parts — we hold a rarer kind of expertise that extends to the control software running the CNC machines themselves. We built JUTHOUR CNC Recovery, a professional recovery system on a bootable USB drive, based on Debian 12 RT and LinuxCNC 2.9.2, with custom HAL/INI configurations and a Golden Image approach for quickly restoring a machine after a failure. That depth means we understand the machine from the inside rather than treating it as a black box — and it shows directly in the quality and consistency of every part we manufacture for you.
