Innovative Youth: AI Livestock Monitoring System Developed by Teenagers

Empowering Farmers with Technology

In a remarkable display of ingenuity, four 17-year-olds from Forlì, Italy, have embarked on an exciting project known as the Blue Proton Initiative. This initiative focuses on developing an advanced livestock monitoring system powered by artificial intelligence, which aims to assist farmers in identifying individual animals and recognizing early signs of health issues.

Pietro Maria Piazza, Alessandro Nesci, Davide Santucci, and Matteo Angiolillo are not waiting until they graduate to make a difference. Instead, they are channeling their passion for technology and innovation into a real-world application that could significantly improve agricultural practices.
