Official Programming Jig for Raspberry Pi Compute Module 5 Released

The Raspberry Pi Compute Module 5 has officially been equipped with a new programming jig that streamlines the process of flashing an operating system. This innovative jig eliminates the necessity for a carrier board, allowing developers to easily provision the CM5.
Connecting to the provisioning network can be done via Ethernet or Wi-Fi, and the jig is designed with a second Ethernet port specifically for the Compute Module. A mechanical clamping mechanism secures the CM5 in place, while pogo pins facilitate the interface with the module itself. Key features include:
- Provisioning head
- Pogo pin interface
- Mechanical clamping mechanism
- Compatibility with Raspberry Pi Compute Module 5
- Gigabit Ethernet connectivity options
- USB-C boot connector
- LED status indicators
This jig is powered by a 12V/2A DC supply, ensuring reliable operation during the programming process.
