Advantech Unveils AOM-6741 AI Vision SMARC Module with Advanced Qualcomm SoC

Introduction to the Advantech AOM-6741

Advantech has launched the AOM-6741, a cutting-edge SMARC 2.2 Full Size module designed for AI vision applications. This module is powered by the Qualcomm Dragonwing IQ-9075 octa-core system-on-chip (SoC), which delivers remarkable AI performance of up to 100 TOPS (INT8).

Key Features and Specifications

The AOM-6741 is equipped with up to 36 GB of LPDDR5 memory and 128 GB of UFS storage. It includes multiple connectivity options such as two MIPI DSI connectors, at least one MIPI CSI connector, and a 314-pin MXM 3.0 edge connector that exposes a variety of I/Os. These include four DisplayPort interfaces, dual 2.5GbE ports, and USB 3.2 Gen2 support, making it highly versatile for industrial applications.

Notably, the module can support up to 16 concurrent cameras, positioning it as a robust solution for industrial-grade vision intelligence tasks.
